1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Smart Money Link ecosystem (“SML”, “service”, “platform”), you fully agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the service.
The service is provided by Alexandria Tecnologia(“Alexandria”, “we”), a Brazilian private legal entity, under domain alexandria-next.vercel.app.
2. About the service
Smart Money Link is a SaaS platform for technical analysis aimed at retail traders specialized in Smart Money Concepts (SMC) trading the XAU/USD pair (gold) and proprietary trading firm (prop firm) accounts. The ecosystem includes:
- Algorithmic detection engine for SMC structures (FVG, BOS, CHOCH, Order Block, killzones).
- Pharos AI — analytical intelligence that interprets institutional market context.
- Trade journal with emotional correlation.
- Tracking of rules and metrics for prop firms (Apex, FTMO, FundedNext, MyForex).
The service provides technical analysis and data visualization. It does not provide automated order execution, capital custody, or financial intermediation.
3. User account
3.1. Eligibility
You declare to be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and to have full legal capacity. The service is not intended for minors.
3.2. Accuracy of data
You commit to providing true, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts with false data may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
3.3. Credential security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
4. Plan and billing
4.1. Pricing
The Smart Money Link Pro plan is billed in US dollars (USD), with the following current pricing:
- Annual plan: US$ 1,495.00 billed at once, equivalent to US$ 124/month.
- Monthly plan: US$ 174.90 billed monthly.
Brazilian residents may pay in BRL via partner payment gateway with installment options (up to 12 times), subject to exchange rate at time of purchase.
4.2. Free trial
We offer a full 7-day trial with access to all Pro features, with no credit card required at signup. There is no automatic charge at trial end — the user must actively subscribe to continue access.
4.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty or additional fee, through your account panel. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not automatically renewed.
4.4. Refund
For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund is offered within 30 (thirty) days of billing, deducting the proportional value of days used. After 30 days, no refund is provided. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable after successful charge — cancellation only stops the next renewal.
5. Financial disclaimer
Smart Money Link is a technical analysis tool. It does not constitute a recommendation, suggestion, or investment advice of any kind.
- All analysis generated by the SMC engine, auditable signals, and Pharos AI reports are algorithmic interpretations of public market dataand serve as decision support — never as operational instructions.
- Financial market trading involves substantial risk of capital loss, and may result in losses exceeding the amount invested in leveraged operations.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical metrics displayed on the platform are for informational purposes only.
- The user acknowledges awareness of financial market risks and assumes full responsibility for any operational decisions made based on the service, releasing Alexandria from any liability for resulting losses.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Sharing access credentials or reselling the service without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the product.
- Automated scraping of data, signals, or analysis generated by the platform.
- Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Bypassing technical limits, security mechanisms, or usage policies.
- Publicly distributing, without written authorization, screenshots or proprietary content in a context that may constitute unfair competition.
7. Intellectual property
All source code, design, brand, AI-generated content, SMC detection algorithms, and other platform elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Alexandria Tecnologia, protected by Brazilian and international copyright laws.
The service subscription grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for the duration of the active subscription. No property rights are transferred.
8. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Alexandria is not responsible for:
- Financial losses from operations made based on the platform.
- Temporary service unavailability due to technical reasons, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure.
- Inaccuracy, delay, or error in market data provided by third parties (Yahoo Finance, quote providers) and displayed on the platform.
- Decisions by third-party prop firms (Apex, FTMO, etc.) regarding rule violations or account terminations — platform tracking is informational, not binding.
9. Suspension and termination by Alexandria
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, especially in cases of: fraud, misuse, threats to service security, payment failure, or breach of obligations.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or visible notice on the platform with at least 15 (fifteen) days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of Alexandria Tecnologia's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this document, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
